Canary is an open-source Natural Language Processing (NLP) platform for information extraction. It is geared towards researchers and clinicians without an extensive technical background with the aim of empowering them to conduct their own research independently.
The software has been developed at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, a Harvard Medical School teaching affiliate, by Dr. Alexander Turchin’s research group. We are grateful to everyone who has contributed to Canary:
- First Line Software
- Matt Goldberg, AB
- Peter Goldberg (Canary Data Converter)
- Shervin Malmasi, PhD
- Nicolae L. Sandor, DM, PhD
- Stephen Skentzos, MA
- Alex Solomonoff, PhD
